Federal Engineered Systems, LLC, formerly known as EPSI, was founded in 1994 and began supporting the packaging industry with the design and installation of packaging line controls.  

With a control package in place, FES designed and manufactured a series of Net Weight fillers that have proven to be the best on the market today.

One of the first machines produced was a model for Cadbury Beverages which at the time was the largest aseptic filler in the world. Since then, FES has developed models to cover most liquid filling applications.

On June 22, 2004, FES was purchased by Federal Mfg. Co.  Federal Mfg Co. is a privately owned company that is focused on the manufacture of stainless steel gravity bottle filling and capping systems that meet the highest sanitary and hygienic standards. All equipment is designed and manufactured to meet 3-A and pharmaceutical standards. Federal Mfg. Co. has been a leader in the industry since 1947.

Both Federal and FES have their corporate offices located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with factories both in Milwaukee and Bogart, Georgia. Our marketing area is North America, South America, Central America, United Kingdom, Ireland, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Sales are through agents in the United States and all export markets served.
